4. Characteristics and uses

Fluobenzyl chloride is an important intermediate in the synthetic fungicide fluororoline, the new potent vasodilator drug "fluorobazine" and the drug "gratifying" in the treatment of senile dementia in the elderly. It is also used to synthesize a novel electroactive polyamide in the backbone azo group with alternative amino-covered anilamide pentamers. Can be used as dye, medicine, pesticide intermediates.
