     This product is a colorless transparent liquid with a boiling point of 109℃, flash point-3.9℃ (closed cup), density (20℃)0.730g/mL, refractive index (20℃) 1.4100 ~ 1.4120.Volatile, soluble in toluene, acetonitrile, acetone, etc., insoluble in water.Easy hydrolyze, release ethanol, generate the corresponding condensates.Sensitive to acid, alkali and moisture, it is recommended to store under dry conditions and use in ventilation cabinets.

This product is flammable and stimulates the eyes, respiratory system and skin.

   This product is used to synthesize silicone intermediates and various silane coupling agents.High-purity silane gas can also be prepared by homogenization reactions, or for the preparation of organic-inorganic hybrid materials.It can also be used as organic synthetic protective agents, such as Duffy, Kaglein, oseltamivir, etc.
